We are invested in helping to increase the amount of representation and accountability that exists in the publishing world. Which means working to highlight the work and careers of underrepresented authors. It also means helping authors to do a better job of representing marginalized communities in their writing. In addition, we aim to help produce projects that address needed change within the systems and structures of our world.
